Saad Saeed (delighted) : I had a complain about a problem that i was having about an ISP. I notified PTA about it and got a call this morning from them asking me about the progress of the issue. I am pleased that they took the time to listen to our problem and asked us what we would like them to do. I was able to give him my feedback and how i would like the process to be better.
